Course Introduction
Boulder Intro use the H.C.F. bouldering teaching method developed by Danny. Students first learn about the different types of holds, gripping techniques, and footwork, before understanding the importance of center of gravity at different angles on walls. By learning about force and how to apply it, students can systematically analyze each bouldering move. Understanding the structure of each move can make learning different bouldering moves more effective!
