Sport climbing made its Olympics game at the Tokyo Olympics 2021 and the Paris Olympics 2024.

Indoor climbing has seen a significant increase in participation, and the climbing industry has unlimited potential! Pursuing a full-time career in the climbing industry is no longer a dream!

Since JUST CLIMB establishment in 2011, we have been actively promoting climbing and bouldering. The founder and professional team use their personal experience and expertise to tailor different climbing courses for children, teenagers, and beginners of different ages and needs.

JUST CLIMB has the most branches of any indoor climbing gym in Hong Kong, located throughout Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

In October 2020, JUST CLIMB Academy was launched to train the next generation of young climbers.

Job Details

  • Full Time Customer Service Officer/Assistant

    Responsibilities
    – Answering customer service hotlines & deliver high quality customer service
    – Handling customer enquiries and complaints
    Scheduling classes and coaches’ teaching schedules for each branch
    – Assisting in achieving monthly sales targets.
    – All other administrative matters related to customer service.

    Requirements
    – 1 year of relevant working experience can apply to Customer Service Assistant
    – 2 years or abov of relevant working experiences can apply to Customer Services Officer
    – Sincere and polite, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
    – Good command spoken & written knowledge in Cantonese & English, Mandarin
    – Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
    – Good telephone answering skills
    – Must work on holidays or Sundays
    – One day off per week and two days off per month

    Requirements
    – Chinese and English creative writing
    – 2-3 years or above experiences, preferably with knowledge of digital marketing or marketing industry
    – University degree or above in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related subjects
    – Operate the social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Wechat
    – Experience in video filming and editing is preferred

  • Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities
    – Manage social media platforms (Creating and writing media contents)
    – Provide strategic marketing and promotion suggestions
    – Communicate and coordinate with business partners/charities/schools/sponsors/media.
    – Aesthetic sense and familiar with social media advertising and operations
    – Have good interpersonal relationship and be able to work independently
    – Planning for climbing activities or competitions

    Requirements
    – Chinese and English creative writing
    – 2-3 years or above experiences, preferably with knowledge of digital marketing or marketing industry
    – University degree or above in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related subjects
    – Operate the social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Wechat

  • Full / Part Time Climbing Coach

    Responsibilities
    – Responsible for teaching/assisting climbing classes for adults and children
    – Responsible for venue operation

    Requirement
    – Passionate about coaching
    – Sincere and polite, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
    – Proficient in Cantonese and basic Mandarin or English conversation
    – Have basic climbing skills
    – Experience in adventure, first aid, or other sports teaching is preferred

  • Human Resources & Admin Officer

    Responsibilities
    – Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR function, including salary contracts, calculations, vacation applications, recruitment etc.
    – Responsible for all kinds of HR statistics reports, assist in the management of human resource information system
    – Organize staff activities and support administration
    – Make the operation of human resources efficiently
    – Regular review of staff training systems
    – Secondary duties as: general administrative work, bookkeeping and personal assistant

    Requirements
    -At least 3 years or above of relevant experience
    -Good command spoken and written in both English and Chinese
    -Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
    -An organized way of working
    -Immediate availability is an advantage

  • Accounting and Admin Manager

    Responsibilities
    – Responsible for the overall operation of the accounting department
    – Responsible for the company’s audit and tax management matters
    – Assist and cooperate with the company’s administrative affairs
    – Assist the company’s CFO in handling urgent matters

    Talent Requirements
    – At least 3 years or above of relevant experience
    – Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or other related disciplines; or other relevant degrees; or other post-secondary diplomas
    – Experience of using Manager.io will be preferred
    – Possess experience in using accounting software
    – Familiar with MS Office and Google Suite
    – Possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to help team members
    – Possess good problem-solving and independent working skills
    – Immediately available will be an advantage

  • Full-Time Interior Draftsman

    Responsibilities
    – Handle AutoCAD drawings
    – Take measurements and perform design drawing tasks
    – Coordinate design projects with customers and suppliers on-site
    – Prepare documents and follow up on projects

    Requirements
    – Higher education, diploma, or other certificate in interior design
    – 2 years or above of experience
    – Good command of Cantonese, basic Mandarin, and English
    – Proficient in reading and writing Chinese, and basic in English
    – Proficient in typing in Chinese and English
    – Basic computer operation knowledge
    – AutoCAD drawing and operation skills
    – Experience in decoration projects (residential, office, catering, retail projects, etc.) is preferred

  • Senior Sports Activities Director

    Responsibilities
    – Plan and organize rock climbing events and all rock climbing competitions.
    – Handle program registration and inquiries
    – Prepare event materials, including posters, registration forms, and notifications
    – Ensure smooth operation of work procedures and propose improvement suggestions when necessary

    Requirements
    – With at least 2 years of experience in hotel, facility/property management or higher education of sports and entertainment management
    – Diligent, enthusiastic, responsible, polite, and customer service-oriented.
    – Excellent team player
    – Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
    – Familiar with MS Office applications
    – Immediate availability is preferred

  • Personal Assistant to CEO and General Manager

    Responsibilities
    – Responsible for supporting the executive chairman and general manager in secretarial and administrative matters
    – Liaise and assist in communicating with different stakeholders for smooth business operation
    – Participate in and complete the plans assigned by the executive chairman and general manager
    – Handle all emergency matters assigned by the executive chairman and general manager

    Requirements
    – At least 3 years of relevant experience as a personal assistant, secretary, or administrative assistant, with experience in the education industry preferred
    – Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; or other relevant degrees; or other post-secondary diplomas
    – Familiar with MS Office and Google Suite
    – Familiar with using PowerPoint, Canva, or other presentation software to create presentations
    – Possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to help team members
    – Possess good problem-solving and independent working skills
    – Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    – Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority

  • Sales and Operation Officer

    Responsibilities:
    – Approach and promote class plans/ special offers to the customers;
    – Maintain a positive relationship with customers;
    – Engage different customers in the gym;
    – Assist store manager in daily operations.

    Requirements:
    – Minimum Pass the HKCEE/HKDSE with Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects; or Grade E or above in five subjects in HKCEE; or equivalent;
    – Candidates with associate degrees or bachelor’s degrees in all disciplines would definitely be a plus;
    – 1 year or more relevant working experience in a sales-related position would definitely be an advantage;
    – Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Office & Google Suite).

  • Sports Executive

    Description:
    – Planning, coordinating and developing the Climbing & Bouldering Sport;
    – Organizing and executing competitions and events;
    – Coordinate and provide support to different parties involved in the planning and execution of competitions and programmes;
    – Promoting the development of the sports discipline and arranging media publicity;

    Requirements:
    – Interested in sports promotion and development;
    – With basic knowledge of the sport
    – Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Office & Google Suite).
