JUST CLIMB Group Climbing Scheme not only aims to promote the fun of bouldering but also creates a happy and healthy atmosphere during the bouldering process, leading various customer groups to work together and build centripetal force to reach new heights. JUST CLIMB provides different activity plans to help customers establish effective communication habits and improve team morale, together creating a golden team.
Activities
All IN COMPETITION – Group Bouldering Competition
Activity Objectives:
1. Train teamwork
2. Improve communication and interaction
3. Foster the spirit of cooperation and joint efforts
4. Learn to observe the strengths of each team member and make the most of them
Activity Format:
Group competition
Winning Method:
Complete the most boulder routes within the time limit. The team with the highest score will win.
Activity Content:
1. All members are divided into different groups, and team members must try their best to complete the most boulder routes within the time limit. Each group will have time to discuss and strategize before the competition.
2. The routes are divided into different levels, and completing higher-level routes will earn more points.
3. The judges will record each completed route.
4. After the competition, points will be awarded based on the number of completed routes, and there will be two awards: team champion and individual champion.
CATCH YOUR DREAM – Group Vie Competition
Activity Objectives:
1. Enhance team communication skills
2. Improve problem-solving abilities
3. High-interaction team social activity that emphasizes “team” rather than individual
4. Help teams better understand the company’s mission and improve team identity
Activity Format:
Group competition and Head-to-Head competition
Winning Method:
Take down all the laminated board within the time limit.
Activity Content:
Group competition
1. All participants will have time to strategize before the competition.
2. At the beginning of the competition, take down the laminated board with the company’s goals printed on them on the bouldering wall, symbolizing goal achievement.
3. The goal is to take down all the laminated board within the time limit.
Head-to-Head Competition
1. All participants are divided into several groups, and each group has time to strategize before the competition.
2. At the beginning of the competition, take down the laminated board with the company’s goals printed on them on the bouldering wall, symbolizing goal achievement.
3. The goal is to take down all the laminated board within the time limit. The team that takes down the laminated board holds with the company’s goals printed on them will win.
*Note:
Companies participating in this activity need to prepare the laminated board with the company’s goals printed on them in advance.
3 People competition – 3-Person Relay Competition
Activity Objectives:

2. Pursue common goals and share achievements to build team cohesion
3. Foster cooperation, innovation, and breakthrough abilities
4. Create a communication and discussion environment to enhance team cohesion

The team that completes the most routes within the time limit will win.
Activity Content:
1) Determine the number of climbing routes based on the number of participants.
2)Each group member must complete each route within the time limit.
3)After the first team member completes the first route, the second team member follows closely.
4)The competition ends when all team members complete the routes.
CLIMBING IN THE DARK – Blind Challenge
Activity Objectives:
1. Establish team trust and cooperation.
2. Establish deeper connections to enhance teamwork.
3. Cultivate cooperation, innovation, and breakthrough abilities.
4. Create a close communication environment to solidify relationships among team members.
Activity Format:
Group competition
Winning Method:
The team that reaches the top point the fastest within the time limit will win.
Activity Content:
1)Each team will have climbers, protectors, and route guides.
2)Climbers will be blindfolded during the climb.
3)Protectors will control the ropes to ensure the safety of the climbers, and the route guides will provide route instructions along the way.
4)The goal is to reach the highest point and hit the clock.
*Note:
This activity will be conducted using a rope system, and JUST CLIMB will provide all climbing tools to ensure safety.
CLIMB AROUND THE WORLD – Ensemble Relay Race
Activity Objectives:
1. Establish a team atmosphere of mutual encouragement.
2. Help and encourage team members to complete the race, thereby enhancing teamwork.
3. Improve cooperation harmoniously.
4. Create a relaxed and joyful environment for team members to build communication in a happy mood.
Activity Format:
Ensemble Relay Race
Winning Method:
All members complete the climbing route with the relay ring within the time limit.
Activity Content:
1)Team members participate in the race with a relay ring.
2)Each team member needs to climb, and the length of each climbing section is determined by the team members during the pre-race discussion.
3)In a relay format, when one team member completes the climbing route with the relay ring, the next team member follows closely.
4)If a team member falls during the climbing process, they must start climbing again from the position within their assigned route.
